The year was 2008. The Dark Knight was dominating the box office, the iPhone 3G was shaking up mobile communication and a young entrepreneur named Vamsi Bollineni and his collegeues were ruminating on an idea that would one day become Access Global Group (AGG).

While many saw Salesforce as simply another passing trend, Vamsi and his team saw the ways it could become an important tool for how companies operate and grow. They saw the ways Salesforce could really create meaningful change by streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, and completely upending our understanding of what was possible in customer engagement. An idea began to materialize. The team envisioned creating a company that not only helped partners understand the complexities of Salesforce but also helped drive growth and revenue.

But to create a business off of an idea alone is no simple task. In the beginning, there were many “no’s,” doors closed, and phone lines going dead. Holding tight to their shared belief that a company helping partners in their journey with Salesforce would prove to be invaluable, they got to work. A diverse team of experts founded Access Global Group (AGG), driven by their collective passion for delivering solutions and support to the “Big Four” consulting firms—an approach that proved highly successful.

Becoming Access Global Group

Over time, Access Global Group has truly lived up to our name as a global company, with teams spanning the United States, Canada, and India. With over 1700 Salesforce projects sweeping 5 countries, AGG evolved from a simple idea into an organization boasting boutique agility with global reach.

Laying The Foundation

Our story begins with founder Vamsi Bollineni. Armed with extensive experience in call centers and a deep understanding of Salesforce’s potential, he created Access Global Group to help businesses optimize their operations. From day one, our goal was to provide services and support not only to customers but also to fellow Salesforce partners.

2009

Growing Our Expertise

Recognizing the need for specialized knowledge in computer telephony integration (CTI), AGG expanded our team with experts who could maximize ROI and streamline business processes for our partners.

2011

Pioneering CTI Integration

We launched the Access Global Group CTI Adapter, allowing seamless telephony integration within Salesforce. This innovative solution enabled sales teams to make and receive calls directly from Salesforce while enhancing collaboration and efficiency.

2012-2013

Becoming a Global Force

By 2012, AGG had established itself as the “partner’s partner,” assisting other Salesforce firms with pre-sales support and end-to-end delivery. And in 2013, we took the bold step of expanding globally, adapting to new markets and regulations while strengthening our position as a leader in digital transformation

2017

Breaking New Ground

The acquisition of Skylightsys Inc. expanded opportunities for Access Global Group, enhancing our ability to connect businesses with top-tier IT talent by leveraging their 40+ years of expertise in staffing, recruiting, and project management. Their personalized approach ensures clients receive highly skilled candidates who seamlessly fit both technical requirements and company culture.

2018

A Trusted Salesforce Partner

Access Global Group reaches the Crest (formerly “Gold”) in Salesforce’s partnership program. This recognizes Access Global Group as a trusted company to develop and provide custom solutions, as well as project implementations and integrations. This came at a pivotal time as Access Global Group began providing products and services directly to customers.

2020

Resilience & Innovation

The world changed overnight, with a global pandemic reshaping how businesses operate. Despite challenges, we launched two groundbreaking applications: Access Commissions and Access QuickBooks, helping businesses manage their financial operations seamlessly within Salesforce.

2021

Reinvent, Reimagine, Revolutionize

As Squid Game memes flooded the internet, we continued our innovation streak by introducing Access Docs and Access Payments, making document automation and payment processing simple–so you can do more with fewer clicks.

2022

Scaling The Salesforce Summit

2022 was a big year for us! We became a Salesforce Summit Partner, placing us in the top 1% of Salesforce partners worldwide. Additional standout moments from 2022 include:

 Access Global Group secured a named partnership with Encompass Connector for Salesforce, becoming one of seven to do so.

2023

Embracing AI, Sourcing New Talents, and Expanding Horizons

The rise of AI, including Einstein GPT, reaffirmed our commitment to staying innovative and astride technology changes. Throughout the year, we led expert-driven webinars sharing insights and best practices with our community. We launched a new internship program, deepened industry partnerships, and expanded our presence at major events like InsureTech Connect Vegas.

2024

Forging Strategic AI Partnerships

This year has been marked by exciting collaborations with PeerIslands, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure, solidifying our expertise in AI and data integration. Our CEO, Vamsi Bollineni, was honored as a Top Consultant, receiving the Excellence in Leadership award from Consulting Magazine. Access Global Group became an Agentforce partner, further expanding our capabilities in the Salesforce ecosystem.
