Behind every successful brand campaign at Access Global Group (AGG) is a team of storytellers who don’t just promote a message—they build one from the inside out. This month, we’re proud to spotlight John Hall, a creative force behind shaping how the world sees AGG. Since joining in the summer of 2021, John has helped define the voice of our brand, guiding a marketing strategy that’s as thoughtful as it is effective. His work reflects AGG’s deeper mission: making complex solutions human, accessible, and genuinely valuable to the people we serve.

Turning Vision into Voice: The Heart of AGG Marketing

At Access Global Group, we talk a lot about transformation—whether it’s digital, operational, or organizational–we cover it all. But transformation doesn’t start with software. It starts with a story. And that’s where John Hall steps in.

As Marketing Manager, John leads with both strategy and instinct. He ensures that everything AGG shares with the world—whether it’s sharing a thought leadership article or a campaign launch—reflects not just what we do, but why we do it.

“As the Marketing Manager, I lead our incredible marketing team with a focus on strategic storytelling,” he shares. “My day-to-day involves turning the core of our mission into meaningful narratives that resonate with the right people. Whether it’s building brand voice, launching campaigns, or refining content strategy, my goal is to make sure our message hits home—and makes an impact.”

From emails to sales decks, John’s fingerprints are all over the materials that move AGG forward. 

A Campaign That Stands Out

When reflecting on his proudest achievement, John says, “Recency bias or not, I’m incredibly proud of our latest campaign: ‘Inside Agentforce: Salesforce Experts Reveal What Matters Most in 2025.’”

“Inside Agentforce” represents a major milestone within AGG’s broader collaboration with Salesforce MVPs and Experts—a partnership initiative that first began in 2021. As part of that evolving effort, John played a key role in shaping and launching Inside Agentforce—a campaign designed to share critical insights about the future of CRM, AI, and customer experience.

John remarks that this particular campaign has “evolved into a standout content series that not only built valuable partnerships but also delivered high-impact insights to our audience”. 

Helping bring “Inside Agentforce” to life was a career highlight—one that reflects John’s commitment to meaningful storytelling and impactful collaboration.

A North Star for Every Project

John’s approach to work is shaped by a clear internal compass. As he puts it:

“I always ask myself, ‘Is this driving us toward our end goal?’ That filter keeps me focused, aligned with our mission, and helps ensure everything we create is intentional and impactful.”

For John, this isn’t just a helpful habit—it’s a guiding philosophy. In a fast-paced marketing environment where projects and priorities can change overnight, staying focused on the bigger picture helps keep his team aligned and energized. Every campaign, every piece of content, every decision is weighed against that simple but powerful question: Does this move us forward?

It’s a mindset that not only sharpens AGG’s marketing efforts but also reinforces how the company shows up for its clients, partners, and broader community, driven by clarity, consistency, and real-world impact.

Life in Motion: Beyond the Desk

Outside of marketing strategy and campaign planning, John is all about movement.

“If it gets me moving, I’m all in—basketball, tennis, golf, fútbol, baseball, skateboarding, biking. I’m happiest when I’m outdoors and staying active,” he shares.

Sports aren’t just a hobby for John, they’re a way to reset, recharge, and keep his creative energy flowing. The competitive spirit, quick thinking, and adaptability needed on the court mirror the traits that serve him so well in his professional life. In both arenas, it’s about staying agile, anticipating the next move, and embracing the challenge.

That love of movement serves as a vital reminder that progress, whether personal or professional, is built one step, one game, and one goal at a time.

Building What’s Next—for the Brand and Beyond

For John, professional growth isn’t about chasing titles or ticking boxes—it’s about shaping a career defined by curiosity, collaboration, and constant evolution. Every new project, every partnership, and every challenge is an opportunity to add another meaningful chapter to his journey.

“My ongoing goal is to craft a career story I’m proud of—one that opens doors and sparks new opportunities. And I’ve found the best way to grow is by surrounding myself with brilliant, forward-thinking people. That’s where the real learning happens,” John remarks.

For John, building a network of authentic connections, a portfolio of impactful work, and a story that reflects who he is and what he stands for is the most important.
