At Access Global Group, we understand that diversity is not only a moral imperative but also a strategic advantage. Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is embedded in our corporate culture and drives our business decisions. This report highlights our efforts and progress in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace in 2024.

Diversity Profile

We recognize that diversity encompasses a wide range of dimensions, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, and socio-economic status. Here is a snapshot of the diversity within our workforce:

→ Gender Diversity: We have made significant strides in achieving gender diversity across all levels of our organization. As of 2024, 41% of our workforce identifies as female, and 59% identifies as male.

→ Ethnic and Racial Diversity: We are committed to reflecting the rich diversity of the communities we serve. Our workforce includes individuals from various ethnic and racial backgrounds, including African American, Asian, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, and more.

→ Generational Diversity: We value the unique perspectives and experiences that different generations bring to the table. Our workforce comprises individuals from Generation Z to Baby Boomers, creating a multi-generational environment that fosters learning and collaboration.

→ Diversity in Leadership:  We are dedicated to promoting diversity in leadership positions. As of 2024, 40% of our executive leadership team identifies as female, and 50% represents ethnic or racial minorities.

Equity Initiatives

Ensuring equity within our organization is paramount to our commitment to fairness and justice. Here are some of the equity initiatives we have implemented:

→ Pay Equity: We conduct regular reviews of our compensation practices to identify and address any disparities based on gender, race, or other factors. We are proud to maintain pay equity across all demographic groups.

→ Promotion Equity: We are committed to providing equal opportunities for career advancement to all employees. Our promotion processes are transparent and merit-based, with a focus on fostering talent from within our organization.

→ Training and Development: We offer comprehensive training and development programs to support the professional growth of all employees, regardless of background or identity. These programs include mentorship opportunities, leadership development initiatives, and diversity training sessions.

Inclusion Initiatives

Creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels valued and respected is a top priority for us. Here are some of the inclusion initiatives we have implemented:

This includes diversity-focused recruitment practices, targeted at diverse candidates, and implementing blind resume screening processes to mitigate unconscious bias.

→ Inclusive Policies and Practices: We continuously review and update our policies and practices to ensure they are inclusive and equitable. This includes implementing flexible work arrangements, providing accommodations for employees with disabilities, and offering benefits that support the diverse needs of our workforce.
