When I started Access Global Group nine years ago, I had no idea how challenging it would be to build a business off of an idea alone.

I had been working for the “Big Four” consulting firms and quickly realized that they were overlooking a large demographic of small to mid-level companies who couldn’t afford the price tag that’s associated with the big names. I wanted to create a way for SME businesses to access the same great resources and tools that large enterprises use without breaking the bank – thus, AGG was created.

If someone had told me how many times I’d be told “no.”

If someone had told me how many times I’d be turned away before I could even give my pitch in the elevator.

If someone had told me the number of calls that would end mid-conversation.

If someone had told me the amount of doors that had to close before one could open, Access Global Group wouldn’t be here today.

There was no playbook on how to navigate these setbacks, but I had a vision that I was passionate about and I was committed to seeing it through
