KSA Events experienced the following Salesforce challenges.

Manual processes outside of Salesforce required data inside KSA Events Salesforce organization, including paper documents and email attachments.

Manual processes were not included in their Salesforce reports, limiting their organizational visibility.

Product inventories, customer orders, invoices, payments, and travel itineraries were all manually managed outside of Salesforce, introducing room for errors and increasing team effort and expense.

Much of the sales process was manual and outside of Salesforce.

Customer experience was highly variable.

Customer had no customer account portal.
