install apps in a Sandbox or Dev org before installing in a Production org. Also, if a partner says they can do custom
work for you within their app, have them create a proof of consent in a Sandbox BEFORE signing a contract. It’s
unfortunate and can be costly when a salesperson and an engineer are not in sync with customized capabilities. This is always my best practice approach when pushing an app to its limits and seeking specialized customizations,”
