It is with great honor and pride that Access Global Group announces its most recent achievement of reaching Summit status as a Salesforce Partner. The AGG team has worked hard to climb the ranks of Base, Ridge and Crest to finally reach the Summit. Over a period of 12 to 18 months, Salesforce evaluates its partners via a complex, algorithm-based point system to recognize companies who are qualified to develop custom solutions, implementations and integrations. With over 1,500 Salesforce projects and more than 500 integrations, Access Global Group has dedicated themselves to helping companies strengthen their systems and are committed to customer satisfaction. What is the SFDC partner program?

• Independent Software Vendors (ISVs): ISVs develop and go-to-market with software solutions built on or integrated with the Salesforce Platform.
• Consulting Partners (System Integrators) & Agencies: Deliver strategic business consulting, system design, solution integration, and product implementation.
• Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partners: Provide ongoing, recurring services and support post-implementation to drive long term customer success.
• Reseller Partners: Resell or distribute Salesforce products in emerging markets. (currently only available in EMEA and APAC)

Program Tiers

Within the partner program, Salesforce has four separate designations that trigger program benefits and describes the level of partner commitment. These are as follows:

• Base – 0 to 249 points
• Crest – 250 to 499 points
• Ridge – 500 to 749 points
• Summit – 750 to 1000 points

Dependending on your program tier level, it includes a wide range of benefits such as access to partner forums, exclusive Enterprise Edition Licenses, Free Trailhead certification exam vouchers, bulk voucher discount and so much more.

So, why does it matter?

Being a Salesforce partner means that your org is a company authorized by Salesforce to develop and provide custom solutions, as well as project implementations and integrations. Salesforce partners are highly trained individuals that are trusted by Salesforce to lead innovations and help companies connect with their customers in brand new ways.
