What makes Access Global Group so great? The wonderful team that stands behind us. Get to know Brian Mamassian! As Access Global Group’s Senior Account Executive, Brian helps to build relationships with existing and new clients in addition to collaborating with the Salesforce team to drive business forward. Brain comes to us from Michigan State University where he studied finance and entrepreneurship. Since then, he’s had extensive experience working with big name companies like General Electric and Salesforce, and he’s currently working toward his Salesforce Administrator Certificate. With Brian’s dynamic experience, he’s able to bring a unique and valuable perspective to our team.

How long have you been working with AGG?

I’ve been with AGG for 8 months and it sure has gone by fast. With more and more customers digitally transforming their business, they need our help more than ever. I joined AGG because I wanted to transition into consulting. The transition was fairly smooth since prior to AGG I spent three years at Salesforce selling.

How do you help clients/team members to succeed?

Actively listening, helping them solve their business challenges, and being available to help educate them on ways to achieve their goals more efficiently.

What is an achievement you’re most proud of at AGG?

There’s one account in particular that’s been very successful. They are a startup that’s growing quickly and scaling their team with AGG. I sourced this specific account with outbound prospecting and the relationship we’ve built together is very rewarding.

What is your favorite thing about working with Access Global Group?

I really like that AGG is a smaller, global company. We are encouraged to bring our perspective, ideas, and teamwork to everything we do. AGG gives me the autonomy to be creative and try different things when building new business.

What makes AGG different?

Access Global Group actually partners with Salesforce. We truly want Salesforce to work properly for our clients and partners, so we do everything in our power to achieve that success.

When you’re not working, what’s something that you enjoy doing?

When I’m not working I enjoy cooking good food and eating good food! I love home reno projects, spending time with my partner, friends and family (especially my niece and nephew!). I also volunteer at OTAT (One Tail at a Time), a Chicago based dog and cat rescue. Whether it’s donating time or money, I try to support the pups and kitties in any way I can and in the spring we’re discussing fostering to adopt!
