What makes Access Global Group so great? The wonderful team that stands behind us. Get to know Kara Hughes, Access Global Group’s People Operations Manager. Kara comes to us with a background in Clinical Behavior Modification which allows her a unique lens to problem solve. She has been with Access Global Group for almost two years now and is a valuable asset to our team.

What do you like most about your role at Access Global Group?

As Access Global Group’s People Operations Manager, I truly enjoy being able to interface with all of our teammates and assist by rapidly providing solutions for any challenges they may encounter.

How do you help clients or team members to succeed?

I pride myself on taking a “listen first” approach to ensure client’s/consultant’s goals are at the forefront. After hearing what the end goal is, I focus on providing educational services offered by Access Global Group. Whether it’s aiding them with a growing team, platform utilization, or individual aspirations, my focus is to help provide a client-centric plan of how we get there.

What is an achievement you’re most proud of at Access Global Group?

I’m so appreciative of our team’s hard work that has resulted in AGG making gold for Salesforce! The sky’s the limit!

What is your favorite thing about working with Access Global Group?

Access Global Group is truly a unique work environment where we have access to leadership. It’s an “all hands on deck” atmosphere and leadership is supportive of having a family-first environment as well.

What makes Access Global Group different?

When COVID-19 hit, Access Global Group was well positioned as a work-from-home culture where we were able to maintain our teams and navigate the “choppy waters” that COVID-19 presented. Many companies encountered business limitations as a result of needing people to be onsite/in-office — but that wasn’t the case for Access Global Group.

When you’re not working, what’s something that you enjoy doing?

I love reading, hiking, biking, climbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, camping; any and all outdoor activities.
