How do you help clients succeed?

I take the time to develop a relationship with our clients and to learn what is important to them. Every customer has unique needs and experiences and it is critical to illustrate that those needs are understood and properly addressed back to the client. I was once a customer of Salesforce and went through the new implementation process with a partner. I do my best to relate to the client’s experience (putting the shoe on the other foot) and provide an exceptional experience, as I personally expected when I was going through it. I always take a “customer first” approach and assure a win/win outcome even in times of adversity.

What is an achievement you’re most proud of at AGG?

Seeing how far we’ve come in a short period of time. In the last 3 years, we’ve redesigned our go-to-market strategy and built out a world-class sales organization. We’ve accomplished “gold-level” Salesforce partner status and positioned our company as a go-to partner for Salesforce AEs in several specialty areas.

What is your favorite thing about working with Access Global Group?

Our people and our passion for helping clients succeed with Salesforce. To be successful in the Salesforce consulting world, it takes a team of great people and trust, which is what we have here at AGG.

What makes AGG different?

It starts from the top down. Our leadership cares about our people and the business, this resonates through us. Our top executive priority is to assure our employees’ well-being and, in turn, our client projects’ success. We will not rest until we’ve done everything we can to achieve that priority, assuring every client has an exceptional experience.

When you’re not working, what’s something that you enjoy doing?

I love being a Dad. When I am not working, my focus is passing the baton of greatness to my one and only offspring. My wife, son, and I enjoy the beach, boating, and bicycling in our spare time. Fortunately for me, my son is now 11 and enjoying the game of golf, so I’ve been able to get out on the course more and focus on my game, so my boy doesn’t beat me.
