What makes Access Global Group so great? The wonderful team that stands behind us. Get to know Olivia Henien! As Access Global Group’s Senior Project Manager, Olivia helps to facilitate the completion of a project by coordinating and supervising a team. Olivia comes to us with a Masters in electrical and computer engineering and nearly a decade of experience delivering high-profile tech infrastructure projects. With Olivia’s expertise, she’ll be able to bring a unique and valuable perspective to our team.

How long have you been working with AGG?

I’ve been with Access Global Group for about a month now and I’ve built so many strong relationships. I’m excited to continue to grow in my role, earn Salesforce certifications and eventually reach a delivery manager role

How do you help clients/team members to succeed?

I work to help my team by building project plans that fosters growth and generates insight. Additionally, I help facilitate meetings to capture all of the clients’ unique wants/needs and effectively communicate this to the internal team.

What is your favorite thing about working with Access Global Group?

While I’m still relatively new to the Access Global Group family, I appreciate the support for my projects. Moreover, the team has been incredibly professional and amazing to work with.

What makes AGG different?

Definitely the team and the leadership!

When you’re not working, what’s something that you enjoy doing?

When I’m not working, I really enjoy reading but I’m also an outdoorsy girl. I enjoy kitesurfing, scuba diving, wakeboarding and hiking in the mountains. Fun fact, I live in Egypt over the Red Sea!
