Get to know Tom Reicher, Access Global Group’s Senior Account Manager working in both Staff Augmentation and Consulting Sales. Tom comes to us with a BSEE from Bradley University, which allows our team a unique perspective on problem solving and management. He has been with Access Global Group for over six years now and is a valuable asset to our team.

How do you help clients/team members to succeed?

I believe that the best way to help clients and/or team members succeed is by the simple prInciple of listening more and talking less. Doing so allows me to hear any problems or concerns they may have and to address them in a meaningful manner.

What is an achievement you’re most proud of at AGG?

There is so much to be proud of in regards to my overall experience with AGG. If I had to pick one, I would say that it was my first Salesforce sale and the project that followed. While it had immense challenges, I learned some great lessons that I’ve been able to apply throughout my career.

What is your favorite thing about working with Access Global Group?

I have truly enjoyed watching the immense company growth during my tenure. AGG has a superb and collaborative working environment as well as great leadership. I have made some great friends!

What makes AGG different?

Access Global Group actually partners with Salesforce. We truly want Salesforce to work properly for our clients and partners, so we do everything in our power to achieve that success.

When you’re not working, what’s something that you enjoy doing?

More than anything, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a wife of 36 years, two wonderful children and three grandchildren that I love very much and enjoy our time together. We get together for meals, sporting events, games, vacations and general good times.
