The Spring 2021 up-date lives up to this standard of excellence with two particularly interesting features: Branch Management and Interaction Summaries, both of which work to further streamline workflow and efficiency for financial institutions.

Branch Management makes performance tracking and output recognition easier and more intuitive. Users can create reports to monitor leads, accounts, and member performance broken out by branch. Additionally, Branch Hierarchy models assign relevant clients and employees to each branch and performance and records are automatically attributed to the user’s current branch.

Interaction Summaries give users a clear picture of client history. Conveniently located in one location, Interaction Summaries offers your business full control over action item visibility. Further, users can protect client’s confidential information with a new confidentiality setting and set limits to interaction visibility within your organization.
